Unfortunately, We do not offer Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds of any kind. You are free to reach out to us for any pre-sales questions you might have before purchasing. We also provide demo environments for you to test the theme before purchasing.

To whom we can’t refund?

If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: You are NOT eligible for a Refund.

  • Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
  • Refund is not applicable on renewals.
  • Refund is not applicable for existing customers.
  • Bulk Orders with multiple products purchased on discounts are not refundable.
  • Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
  • Services like Custom development, WHMCS or Module installation, migration service, WHMCS or Module upgrades are non-refundable.
  • No refund and 7 days money back policy applicable on support and maintenance services.
  • TheHost WHMCS Template: All themes product is non-refundable. Since we are providing a demo so user can test it in the demo version before purchasing.
  • All open source code versions are non-refundable.
