To whom we can’t refund?

If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: You are NOT eligible for a Refund.

  • Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your purchase.
  • Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
  • Refund is not applicable on renewals.
  • Refund is not applicable for existing customers.
  • Refund is applicable for Paypal payment only.
  • Bulk Orders with multiple products purchased on discounts are not refundable.
  • Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
  • Services like Custom development, WHMCS or Module installation, migration service, WHMCS or Module upgrades are non-refundable.
  • No refund and 7 days money back policy applicable on support and maintenance services.
  • TheHost WHMCS Template: All themes product is non-refundable. Since we are providing a demo so user can test it in the demo version before purchasing.
  • All open source code versions are non-refundable.
